ARFA CTcP-U/J double layer Positive plate is a CTcP plate developed to meet the market requirements for plate-making speed and efficiency. ARFA CTcP-U/J double layer Positive plate offers superior UV exposure sensitivity, strong coating adhesion, stable imaging and exceptional durability. Designed for high-volume commercial and UV printing applications.
Excellent printing performance
The new photosensitive layer formula and high quality substrate treatment technology make the plate has a precisely dot reduction, excellent ink balance performance and superior wear resistance. The run length is up to 80,000 under the UV ink printing, the run length can be up to more than 200,000 under the ordinary ink.
High quality imaging performance
ARFA CTcP-U/J double layer Positive plate has a high resolution and it can achieve 1 to 99% (300lpi), AM screening resolution and FM screening resolution.
Excellent stability and adaptability
ARFA CTcP-U/J double layer Positive plate has good storage stability. In the shelf life, its sensitivity, dot reduction and other properties are almost unchanged. ARFA CTcP-U/J double layer Positive plate is suitable for the mainstream CTcP platesetters, good development adaptability, as the best choice for the offset packaging and commercial printing.
Low effect of environment
ARFA CTcP-U/J double layer Positive plate can be used directly to environmental friendly UV ink, reducing volatile organic solvents (VOC) emissions in the printing process. The long run length reduces the amount of media used in the process, saving costs and time. Long run length, reduce the usage of plate in long run and save cost and time in production.
ARFA CTcP-U/J double layer Positive plate can improve the prepress preparation efficiency, while maintaining high print volume, greatly reducing the waste of paper and ink.
ARFA CTcP-U/J double layer Positive plate needs baked only in extreme conditions, such as rough paper, corrosive chemicals, extremely long runs.
